Note: To register, you will need your Redemption Code. You should receive your Redemption Code within approximately 2 weeks after installing your
Time Warner Cable services. If it has been more than 2 weeks since installation, please contact Time Warner Cable at 1-888-TWCABLE (1-888-892-2253).

Proof of Eligibility Details:
- Accepted documents include a recent bill (last 90 days) from your previous service provider highlighting the service(s) you are cancelling.
- Comparable subscription TV video providers, high speed data and home phone providers will be accepted. Customer must have switched from services comparable to those selected. Comparable services do not include wireless telephone service or online-only video subscriptions.
- Switching more than one service? Please provide a copy of your bills for each service switched. Each bill must show service within the last 90 days.
- All mail in reponses must be postmarked within (30) days from your installation date.
- Competitor bill must match the name and/or address on the Time Warner Cable account.
