You can check the status of your reward by using one of the search options below.  Please note that both fields within each option are required.

 

  • Please enter the Redemption Code and Zip Code where you have services installed.

    You should have received your Redemption Code in a postcard and/or email. If you’ve forgotten your Redemption Code, click here.

  • Please enter your Time Warner Cable account number as it appears on your bill. Do not include dashes or spaces.
